Zero Infinito 2023 Bio

From soils of volcanic origin with dark brown sand, comes Zero Infinito, a sparkling wine made only from grapes of the Solaris variety, which originated in Freiburg, Germany, in 1975, the year the Pojer and Sandri winery was founded. 

It is an ancestral wine, in which there is no chemical impact in the vineyard and cellar. No external agents are added to the grapes alone and fermentation takes place naturally. 

The wine is also not filtered.
