Portofino is the brand of a 100% Italian gin produced in Liguria by the Quaglia distillery in Asti. It is an artisanal product, with attention to every step: from the selection of botanicals to distillation in a traditional steam-heated copper still.
In 2018, four young managers joined forces with the aim of creating a gin that represented made in Italy in the world, in this case a gin produced in Italy and inspired by the flavors of the Ligurian Riviera. Within 3 years, the production is already 45,000 bottles, the marketing of which has been entrusted to the Ligurian distributor Velier.
