Vitiano Vermentino IGP 2022

The grape blend is 100 % Vermentino and is cultivated in Montecchio at an altitude of 300 m, a few kilometres from Orvieto, with Guyot on a sedimentary, rather clayey and calcareous soil.

After careful selection, the grapes are vinified at a temperature of about 10 °C, the alcoholic maceration instead takes place in steel vats with fluctuations from 3 to 15 °C, and the ageing is in the bottle.

The wine is young, fresh, savoury and smooth with a distinct fruity taste, especially of citrus fruits, and a pleasant almondy finish.
