Toscana Sangiovese Bianco 2022
The grapes are 100 % Sangiovese-based and are grown in Tuscany.
It is first vinified by applying a soft pressing to the grapes, resulting in a light pink-coloured must, which is then clarified at a controlled temperature of between 12 and 14 °C; ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is fruity and floral, thanks to the use of Sangiovese, rich, mineral and pleasantly fresh and savoury. Ideal to be drunk immediately

Suggestions
Serve in a Rhenish wine glass at a temperature of approx. 10 °C. We recommend pairing it with a white meat dish, in particular with lemon marinated stuffed chicken roulades.
