Vitiano Rosso 2021
The blend is composed of 34% Sangiovese, 33% Merlot and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and is cultivated in Montecchio at an altitude of 300 m, a few kilometres from Orvieto, with spurred cordon on a sedimentary, rather clayey and calcareous soil.
After careful selection, the grapes are vinified, at different times, through a long maceration on the skins, then the alcoholic maceration takes place in steel vats, for about 15 days, after which it matures for 3 months in barriques and then in bottles.
It is a pleasure to drink this wine that gives so much with so little, it is versatile, fresh and tasty, inviting you to drink more and more, sip after sip.

Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized glass at a temperature of about 16 °C, open 5 min before serving. We recommend accompanying it with red meat dishes, for lovers of tradition we recommend tasting it together with friccò all'eugubina.
