Vermentino Eco di Mare 2022
This wine is produced in Donoratico in Tuscany from 100% Vermentino grapes, on a soil composed of aeolian sands at an altitude between 20 and 80 m.
The grapes are harvested manually, after careful selection. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 15 days in steel vats, maturing for 3 months in steel and refining in the bottle for 3 months.
The end result is a fresh, young wine with an excellent mineral finish and an immediate, decisive sip.

Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: fruity, banana, apricot, white flowers, sage, mineral hints.
Taste: fresh, soft, fruity.
Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized glass at a temperature of about 10 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a fish dish, excellent with a fried seafood dish of squid and cuttlefish.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
