The blend is 100% Chardonnay, bred in the lands of Chablis in France, in the heart of Burgundy.
After careful manual harvesting, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and finally maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
A wine that is fruity, mineral and fresh, a perfect representation of Chablis in all its facets.

Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized goblet at a temperature of about 8 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a fish dish, in particular with a plate of fettuccine with artichokes and clams.
