Ulisse Primitivo Limited Edition 2021
This wine is produced from 100% Primitivo grapes in Chieti in Abruzzo. Maceration and fermentation are carried out in steel at 24/26 °C, part of the mass is refined in French oak barriques.
A decisive wine on the nose and palate, with a persistent finish that gives surprises and emotions.
P.S. 2021 was one of the best vintages, if not the best, of this wine.
Features
Colour: purple red with ruby highlights.
perfume: intense, fruity, cherry jam, hints of spice and tobacco.
Taste: intense, soft tannic structure, lingering cocoa and coffee finish.
Suggestions
Serve it in a medium-sized glass at a temperature of 18 °C. We recommend tasting it with arrosticini, a simple but effective combination.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat.
