Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco 2022 Foradori
The grape variety is 100 % Incrocio Manzoni, grown in the Fontanasanta vineyard, from which this wine takes its name, on limestone-clay soils. Like all Foradori products, biodynamic cultivation is used, using only natural preparations.
In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement vats and maceration is carried out on the skins for about a week, ageing takes place for 7 months in acacia barrels, and finally it is bottled without clarification or filtration.
A great wine, which rightfully ranks among the best Italian whites, harmonious, balanced, elegant and broad in taste and aromas, with a surprising finish.

perfume: broad, intense, fruity, ripe yellow fruit, papaya, mango, citrus, floral, acacia, white flowers, mineral.
Taste: savoury, ample and delicious.
Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized goblet, at a temperature of about 8 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a fish dish, in particular with spaghetti allo scoglio or grilled salmon.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
