Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry 2023
Cartizze represents one of the most characteristic expressions of Prosecco. It is in fact produced entirely from grapes from the Cartizze hill, where the soils are limestone of marine origin and rich in fossils. The hill has an exposure that allows the grapes to ripen properly and is often ventilated.
The 100% Glera grapes are vinified in steel and then the second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method.
