Ribolla Gialla Plus Spumante Brut Bastianich Box da 6 bottiglie
Spumante Brut Ribolla Gialla Plus from Bastianich is the product of Ribolla Gialla grapes sparkling according to the Charmat Method.
The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a soft pressing. The must is decanted statically and fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 18°C.
Maturation is in steel and lasts for three to four months, depending on the vintage.
Features
Colour: deep straw yellow.
perfume: citrus fruit, apricot, green apple, yellow flowers.
Taste: full, harmonic, complex, with excellent length and persistence.
Suggestions
An excellent aperitif sparkling wine. Accompanies various types of hors d'oeuvres, from sausages to fresh cheeses and fish or vegetable dishes.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
