For over a century, the Nino Franco winery has specialized in the production of Prosecco on the hills of Valdobbiadene. The most important qualitative change in the history of the winery takes place in the early 90s thanks to the work of Primo, son of Nino, who is in charge of improving the vineyard systems and the cultivation system to obtain fine grapes. He also convinces its grape suppliers to improve the work system. In fact, the winery is based on the purchase of grapes from a series of faithful winemakers. His work leads the winery to produce well-loved and award-winning wines. Today Primo's daughter supports him in directing the production. The winery produces one million bottles annually.
