Spumante Tagliamare Brut
This wine originates in Sardinia, more precisely in the Cagliari area, from indigenous grapes on marly-calcareous soils with the presence of clay.
The grapes are harvested by hand, the must ferments in steel for 30 days on the yeasts, then in autoclaves, as per the Martinotti method procedure.
The end result is an excellent sparkling wine, which achieves all its objectives, being fresh, savoury and drinkable but at the same time elegant and very aromatic.

Suggestions
Serve in a flûte at a temperature of about 6 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a fish dish, in particular with eel panada.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, pizza, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
