Solco Frizzante Semisecco 2023
Solco is the most structured and least dry of the modern Lambrusco wines produced by Paltrineri. It has a youthful and lively taste and is suitable for everyday food. It is made with the Lambrusco salamino variety, which has more color and more tannins compared to Sorbara. Lambrusco salamino grows on sandy and loamy soils in the locality of Cristo, between the Secchia and Panaro rivers and in particular the vineyards are located in the strip of land where the two rivers come closest.
The harvest takes place in mid-September with rather high yields. The base wine is obtained from a fermentation with maceration in concrete tanks. The effervescence is created in an autoclave with a second fermentation by added yeasts and sugars according to the Charmat method.
