Sbocciato DOC is a rosé wine produced by Il Poderone, a cooperative winery located in Magliano in Tuscany, in the heart of the Maremma region. It is made from 100% Ciliegiolo grapes, an indigenous Tuscan variety known for its freshness and fragrance.

The grapes are harvested by hand at the right degree of ripeness.

A short maceration on the skins follows to extract the colour and fragrance.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness of the aromas.

The wine matures in stainless steel for a few months before being bottled.

Serve the wine well chilled, at a temperature of approximately 8-10°C.
