Vette di San Leonardo 2023
Sauvignon blanc is a chameleon of perfumes and varies according to the territory where the grapes ripen. The alpine environment where the Vette di San Leonardo grapes ripen gives this wine a sharp and elegant character.
The grapes are kept cold for 12 hours (cryomaceration) before soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel at low temperatures and the wine remains in contact with its yeasts for 5 months in steel tanks.

perfume: on the nose it expresses the most captivating aromas of Sauvignon blanc, tropical fruit, gooseberry, aromatic herbs and tomato leaves
Taste: It has a medium body and a vibrant fresh-savory flavor that lingers for long.

It can be served as an aperitif or it can pair with raw fish, pasta with vegetables, risotto, salads and seafood.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, pizza, eggs, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
