Vermentino Arioso 2023

The name of this wine refers to the airy climate of the Bolgheri coast (“Arioso” means airy in italian) where the vineyards are located and also to the light character of the wine, made to be drunk with ease and satisfaction by everyone. Vermentino is a Mediterranean grape par excellence, widespread throughout the upper Tyrrhenian Sea and gives medium-bodied wines, characterized by inviting flavors and balanced sip. In the Campo alla Sughera estate Vermentino vines grow on a predominantly sandy soil, which enhances the elegant character of the wine.

The grapes, carefully harvested by hand, are pressed and the must is clarified before being fermented. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The wine is bottled without further aging.
