Salviano di Salviano 2021 Box da 6 bottiglie

Salviano di Salviano is a wine produced by the Salviano Estate, made from Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay. The vineyards are located at an altitude between 150 and 500 metres, on soils of volcanic and tuffaceous origin. 

Harvesting is done manually, in boxes, following the different ripening times of the grapes, between the end of August and the first half of September. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and softly crushed.

The must obtained ferments in French oak barrels with varying degrees of toasting. Subsequently, the wine is matured on the fine lees for 5-6 months in order to enrich its organoleptic characteristics.
