Tenuta di Salviano stands in the heart of Umbria, among the hills overlooking Lake Corbara. Founded in the Middle Ages, this historic estate has a long tradition of producing high quality wines, jealously guarded through generations of passionate winemakers. The estate passed into the hands of the Incisa della Rocchetta family in the 20th century, thanks to the union between Marchesa Nerina Corsini and Marchese Enrico Incisa della Rocchetta, and this was a crucial moment in the development of the estate's wine production. Since 2015, it is their son Giovanni Incisa della Rocchetta who leads the winery with passion and dedication together with his wife Tara.

Tenuta di Salviano's vineyards stretch across mineral-rich soils kissed by a favorable climate, providing an ideal environment for growing grapes. Here, native Umbrian varieties such as Grechetto and Sagrantino, along with international celebrities such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, find a perfect balance to best express their unique character.
