Saignée della Rocca Brut Rosé Box da 6 bottiglie
Metodo Classico rosé sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. After manual harvesting, a short maceration in the press is carried out to give it its characteristic onion skin colour.
Drawing takes place the spring following the harvest and after at least 24 months on the lees, disgorgement is carried out with a dosage of 7g/l.

perfume: complex, broad with notes of small red fruits and flowers.
Taste: complex, soft and enveloping, accompanied by an excellent freshness.
Suggestions
Try it with ossobuco with polenta or a risotto with courgette flowers and prawns.
