1865 Pas Dosé 2016 Box da 6 bottiglie
1865 Metodo Classico Pas Dosé di Conte Vistarino, owes its name to Count Augusto Giorgi di Vistarino who in 1865 began producing Italy's first Metodo Classico, after having imported Pinot Noir from France to his estate.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the last ten days of August. After soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks and the base wine remains on the fine lees of fermentation until draught, which usually takes place in the spring following the harvest.
Ageing, which lasted 60 months for this vintage, is carried out without the addition of sugar. Disgorgement took place in July 2022.
