Rum Explorer Barbados 70cl
Rum Explorer Barbados is distilled in Barbados by Saint Philip. Saint Philip is a distillery famous worldwide for its award-winning rums and for the innovation used in the distillation of rum: a mix of column and pot distillation is used.
This rum ages for 5 years and is matured in the cellars of Château du Breuil in French oak barrels and then in American oak ex-cognac barrels, which give it roundness and complexity.
Features
Colour: golden amber.
perfume: vegetal notes, candied orange, nutmeg, coconut and a slight hint of wood.
Taste: notes of dried banana, pepper and cinnamon initially prevail on the palate, followed by roasted pineapple, ripe fruit and coconut.
