Rum Explorer Australia 70cl

Explorer Australia Rum is an Australian rum, produced by Beenleigh Artisan Distillers. This distillery was established by chance in 1865 by two Englishmen, John Davy and Francis Gooding, who purchased land with the aim of growing cotton. 

However, given the conditions of the land and the profitability of the market, they decided to start growing sugar cane instead.

Explorer Australia Rum is aged for four years and then matured further for a few months at Château du Breuil, in former Calvados oak barrels, to give it additional aromaticity and smoothness.
