Rum Chairman's Reserve Original 70cl

The Rum Chairman's Reserve Original represents the excellence of Saint Lucia's rum production, created in 1999 under the leadership of Chairman Laurie Barnard. This rum blends aged spirits from Coffey distillation columns and copper stills, offering a distinctive, high quality taste experience.

The aged rums are carefully selected separately by distillation type and batch, before being blended and rested further in ex-Bourbon oak casks for six months. The average age of the blend is five years. This process gives the rum a dark amber colour and a richness of aromas, including cooked banana, caramelised fruit and spiced vanilla.
