Rum Chairman's Reserve White 70cl

Saint Lucia Distillers' Rum Chairman's Reserve White is the result of a blend of rums aged between two and three years.

It is distilled using both the Pot Still, i.e. double distillation, and the Column Still, i.e. continuous distillation.

Afterwards, the rum is aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and is charcoal filtered to remove colour. This process produces a robust and flavoursome rum with a crisp texture and citrus notes that make it a favourite of barmen around the world.
