Rum Chairman's Reserve Eco Series N.1 70cl

Rum Chairman's Reserve Eco Series No.1 is a limited edition that aims to celebrate the beauty and rarity of the Saint Lucia Amazon, a parrot native to the island. In fact, the verse label features this very parrot.

This is a blend of rums with an average age of 5 years, distilled by both continuous and discontinuous methods, offering a distinctive and high quality taste experience.

The aged rums are carefully selected separately by distillation type and batch, before being blended and rested further in ex-Bourbon oak barrels for six months. This process gives the rum a dark amber colour and a richness of aromas, including cooked banana, caramelised fruit and spiced vanilla.
