Rose' Whispering Angel 2021
The grape harvest takes place in the early hours of the morning, with a careful selection of the bunches first in the vineyard and then in the cellar, to ensure that only the best bunches become wine. Before the vinifications, we proceed with the destemming. The grapes are cold macerated before being pressed in a very delicate way with a brief contact with the skins, in order to obtain a Provençal-style wine, with a very pale pink color and light and elegant aromas.

Taste: delicate, fragrant with a savory finish.
