La Chapelle Gordonne Rose' 2021
In the vineyards of Château la Gordonne the grapes are harvested with nocturnal harvest: the Syrah brings the notes of red fruits and the aroma, the Grenache gives roundness and the Cinsaut finesse. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation at low temperatures are at the origin of the fragrance and delicacy of the wine.
Features
Colour: very pale pink.
perfume: omplex, mineral, floral and fruity, with citrus notes, hints of peach and raspberry.
Taste: ample, fresh and complex with aromas of fresh fruit and notes of rose and violet with a persistent and pleasant finish.
Suggestions
If the scent recalls a summer sunrise on the Provençal coast, the taste recalls a walk in the woods not far from the sea.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
