Plus 2019 Bastianich Box da 6 bottiglie
Bastianich's Plus is made from 100% Friulano grapes. Harvesting is carried out in several stages: the first is done when the grapes are ripe, while the second is later and, in years that permit, part of the grapes are botrytised.
The must decants and is then sent to a slow fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is filtered and placed in stainless steel tanks and tonneaux, where it matures for about a year. After bottling, the wine then rests a little longer before being marketed.
Features
Colour: golden yellow.
perfume: intense aroma, with notes of mandarin, orange, melon, pear.
Taste: rich and dense, with a long aftertaste of ripe fruit.
Suggestions
It can evolve a few more years in the cellar if stored well. Very versatile in pairings, we recommend it especially with fois gras.
Recommended with: truffles, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
