Der Pinot Noir Rosé Brut wird ausschließlich aus Pinot Noir Trauben hergestellt. Nach einer mehrstündigen Mazeration in der Presse und einer sanften Pressung wird der Most in Edelstahl vergoren.

Nach der Charmat-Methode wird der Wein im Autoklaven perlend gemacht und reift nach Abschluss der Gärung 6 Monate auf der Hefe.
