Pinot Noir Brut is a Blanc de Noir sparkling wine that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
Sparkling according to the Charmat Method, in an autoclave, it matures for 6 months on the yeast lees after taking froth. The long stay in the autoclave gives this wine a certain complexity, but makes it easy to drink.

Colour: straw yellow with green reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
perfume: perfume characterised by hints of white flowers, apple and hazelnut notes.
Taste: dry, enveloping taste with a well-balanced freshness.
Suggestions
An excellent sparkling wine for an aperitif by the sea, but also for more formal occasions, accompanying rich, tasty dishes.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, sushi and raw fish, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
