Passerina 2022
The Passerina grape is native to the Adriatic coast, widespread mainly between the Marche and Abruzzo. In particular, the grapes of this wine from the Belisario winery come from the south of the Marche region, from the Offida area in the province of Ascoli Piceno. The vineyards are located in the hills between 180 and 250 m above sea level. The strong point of Passerina grapes are the fresh fruity aromas.
The grapes are gently pressed. The must is clarified and then fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. It ages in steel for a month and is immediately bottled to be put on the market a few months after the harvest.
