Nosiola 2022 Pojer e Sandri IGT (ARTN)
The 100% Nosiola grapes are harvested when ripe between 300 and 550 metres above sea level.
The grapes are washed and pressed in a controlled atmosphere before white fermentation. These techniques were developed by the company to avoid the use of external antioxidants and to preserve the aromatic and antioxidant characteristics of Nosiola.
The colour is straw yellow and the nose releases delicate and fragrant notes of Golden apple.
On the palate it is mineral with a bitter finish reminiscent of hazelnut. The term Nosiola could refer precisely to the bitter finish reminiscent of hazelnut or to the amber colour that the berries acquire when ripe.
