Mata Bianco Metodo Classico Extra Brut Box da 6 bottiglie

Mata Bianco is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from 100% Falanghina grapes. 

The grapes are grown on volcanic soil, with integrated pest management type viticulture, with low environmental impact. 

The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September; the whole bunches are pressed and the must undergoes an initial fermentation in stainless steel, after which the 'tirage' takes place. The wine then matures in the bottle for at least 60 months.
