It is made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, selected and harvested solely by hand in 20kg crates. First, the grapes remain overnight in cold storage at 10°C. The following morning they undergo a brief maceration in the press, then are fermented in temperature-controlled steel vats. Finally, the wine remains in the steel vats for 4 months until bottling.

In the glass, the wine shows a pink color characteristic of onion skin. The nose opens with notes of pomegranate and yellow fruit, peach and plum. On the palate it is fresh, with a pleasant persistence
