The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, cultivated, totally organically, at an altitude of 150 m on sandy soil of volcanic origin in the Bolgheri area.
After manual harvesting and careful selection of the bunches, we first have the fermentation that takes place in cement vats thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts and then the ageing that takes place in barrels for 24 months and in bottles for 6.
The end result is a soft, structured wine with perfectly integrated tannins and a broad, intense palate.

Suggestions
We recommend letting the wine breathe for 15 to 20 minutes before tasting it, after which you serve it in a large glass so that it can release its full bouquet. Accompany it with a tagliatella with wild boar ragout, you will not regret it.
Recommended with: roasts, meat sauce pasta, mushrooms.
