Bolgheri Rosso 2020 Bio
The blend is 100 % Cabernet Franc, cultivated, with completely organic techniques, in the highest area of Bolgheri at 150 m above sea level on a soil of volcanic origin, rich in pebbles.
Harvesting is manual, fermentation takes place spontaneously in cement vats through the action of indigenous yeasts, and finally ageing takes place for 12 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottles.
The wine that is put on the market is a polished product ready to satisfy the most demanding palates. This wine has an excellent structure, an excellent freshness and excellent tannin, a mature wine that still has ample room for improvement.
