Bolgheri Rosso 2021 Bio
The blend consists of 70 % Cabernet Franc, 20 % Merlot, 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in guyot training in Castagneto Carducci in Tuscany, under DOC Bolgheri. The vineyards are cultivated at an altitude of 50 m on soils with fluvial sedimentation and a sandy texture.
After careful selection, the grapes are crushed and destemmed and fermented, with indigenous yeasts, in cement containers for about 13 days at temperatures never exceeding 28 °C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and then for a further 3 months in the bottle.
A direct and clear expression of its appellation and its land, with a strong and decisive but also extremely elegant character. A wine that enhances the nose and palate with a vigorous and powerful sip.
