Légende R Saint-Émilion is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet franc, vinified according to the traditional Bordeaux method.
The grapes are destemmed and crushed before being placed in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Fermentation takes place at 30°C and is followed by three weeks of maceration with regular pumping over to ensure good extraction of tannins and colour. After malolactic fermentation, 60% of the wine is transferred to French oak barrels, where it matures for a period of 12 months.

Colour: dark, brilliant garnet red.
perfume: aromatic, with toasted and grilled notes, sweet spices and ripe fruit aromas.
Taste: anhaltend, mit reichen, reifen Tanninen und einem langen, würzigen Abgang.
Suggestions
A versatile wine that lends itself to a variety of dishes and occasions. Try it with lamb chops or classic French dishes such as boeuf bourguignon or coq au vin.
Recommended with: roasts.
