Légende R Médoc is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and is produced using the traditional Bordeaux method.
The traditional Bordeaux method involves destemming and crushing the grapes before fermentation in stainless steel tanks with automatic temperature control. Maceration lasts about three weeks, during which time the must is pumped over the cap to extract tannins and colour. Thirty percent of the must is aged in barrels before the final blend is prepared.

Colour: deep purple red.
perfume: very ripe fruit, blackcurrant, spicy notes of cloves and smoky notes.
Taste: full-bodied, broad and silky, dense and firm tannins and fresh finish.
Suggestions
It is a full-bodied and powerful wine that will evolve in the bottle over the next 5 years. Try it with roast chicken or a board of mature cheeses.
Recommended with: roasts, truffles.
