The name Le Origini is a reminder of the role played by the Bolla family in the definition and success of Amarone in the world. The wine is born for 80% from Corvina and Corvinone grapes and for the remaining 20% from Rondinella grapes. After selection and harvesting and therefore before pressing, the bunches remain for about four months to dry in the lofts; in grapes this increases the sugar and aromatic concentration. The refinement begins in large barrels and ends in small barrels.
