Cabernet 2021

This wine comes from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes that grow between 250 and 350 m asl on the slopes of Santa Maddalena, Caldaro and Cortaccia on Guyot-trained vines.

The harvest generally takes place at the end of October with manual collection and selection of the bunches. The vinification is in steel containers, the subsequent refinement takes place in large barrels. The wine that comes to life from these processes has an intense colour, decisive aromas of red berries and a long persistence.
