Le Fate Moscato is produced using only softly crushed Muscat grapes and fermented in autoclaves with selected yeasts. The result is a wine with a brilliant yellow colour with golden reflections, a persistent perlage and a characteristic fruity aroma that makes it perfect for pairing with cured meats or dry pastries and chocolate.
