'Le Fate' takes its cue from a historic mid-20th century charmat selection from the La Versa Winery itself; at the time, this range of wines represented a high-quality alternative to the more renowned classic method production. This selection features a range of pure charmat methods, including Pinot Noir, also available in a rosé version, Riesling and Muscat, as well as an Extra Dry version.

Today, the name Le Fate continues to be synonymous with a high-end tasting experience, characterised by the selection of grape varieties and the quality of the production methods.
