Langhe Nebbiolo 2019
Socré's Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine produced with 100% Nebbiolo coming from suited vineyards in the township of Barbaresco. It is vinified in a simple way, to be supple and balanced, ready to be appreciated in youth with everyday food. Socré vinifies only grapes from its own vineyards; in this case the grapes are those of the vineyards around the farmhouse in the Roncaglie area. They are sloping vineyards, with perfectly drained soil between 250 and 290 meters above sea level. The soils are of sedimentary origin and have a clayey structure with an important limestone content. This originates wines with high flavor intensity and full body.
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel vats with maceration. The wine also carries out malolactic fermentation.

Taste: dry, pronounced,well-balanced, supple.
Suggestions
Serve it in youth in medium-sized wine glasses. As a food pairing suggestion we recommend roasted rabbit.
