Lambrusco di Sorbara Leclisse 2023

A tasty and elegant sparkling wine like few others, it is a very unique Lambrusco, based on the Lambrusco di Sorbara variety. It is dry and sharp on the palate, at the same time it is fruity and tasty. Lambrusco di Sorbara Leclisse is inspired by the eclipse: a natural event that is never equal to itself and therefore becomes extraordinary. It is obtained from the oldest vines in the locality of Cristo with harvest in mid-September. Lambrusco di Sorbara has low yield and is an irregular variety of Lambrusco due to a genetic problem: not all berries in the bunch develop the same way. Among the varieties of Lambrusco it is the least colored and with the highest acidity, but also the one with the most elegant flavors. 

Leclisse wine is an original Lambrusco di Sorbara produced by Paltrinieri since 2007. Only the free-run must ferments in steel vats. The wine obtained referments in tank for 3 months to become sparkling.
