Sicilia Grillo Kebrilla 2022

Kebrilla is a typically Sicilian white wine, produced with the native Grillo grape variety. Grillo is a very important grape, at the base of the production of Marsala and many traditional whites. Its qualities are heat resistance and high acidity. It gives wines with firm structure and also pleasantly scented. Fina cultivates Grillo in vineyards at different altitudes between 150 and 450 meter above sea level-

The grapes are harvested in late August. 80% ferments in steel vats and 20% ferments in barriques. The wine ages a few months in fermentation vessels before being bottled.
