This grappa was produced in Friuli using marc from selected white and red grapes de-stemmed from Friulian vineyards, with discontinuous distillation using a copper steam still.
Fermentation takes place purely in an anaerobic environment in stainless steel vats, after which the distillation takes place and finally the grappa is left to rest for 6 months to 1 year in stainless steel vats.
The final product has a strong, rich and enveloping character; the hints of liquorice and bread crust stand out on the palate and nose. Ideal to drink at the end of a meal.

Colour: transparent.
perfume: intense, crust of bread, yeast, liquorice, coffee beans, hints of white flowers.
Taste: round, elegant, enveloping, warm.
Suggestions
Serve at around 12°C in a tulip-shaped glass, let it rest in the glass for a few minutes before drinking to bring out the aromas and flavours. We highly recommend accompanying it after dinner with a tasty slice of Sacher.
