Grappa Gran Riserva 28 years

This special grappa is made from carefully selected grapes and fermented in steel vats. Fermentation is immediately followed by continuous distillation in copper steam stills to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the product. 

The grappa is then left for 28 years in small sherry casks. The toasting of the small barrels is artisanal. 

Gran Riserva 28 years is a grappa of great character, rounded, with notes of fruit, candied orange and vanilla.
