Grappa Cru Monovitigno Fragolino (with own box)
It comes from selected pomace of strawberry grapes, the production is therefore limited and depends on the vintage harvest. Fermentation takes place under vacuum in steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed immediately by distillation with the artisanal method: discontinuous with the cutting of the heads and tails, in particular exclusive copper steam stills. The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components responsible for the aromas to evaporate properly and to keep the organoleptic characteristics of the vine intact. The rest is from six months to a year in stainless steel containers. The bottling is manual, in hand-blown and vintage ampoules, with platinum screen printing. Brass cap.
